David Neuberg, President and CEO
Mr. Neuberg is the founder, President and CEO of KPC and prior to its sale, the co-founder, President and CEO of Gold Force International, LTD, a manufacturer, designer, and marketer of gold, silver and pearl jewelry to major retail chain stores. Prior to starting Gold Force in 1986, Mr. Neuberg was the founder of Goldheart International, LTD, a manufacturer, designer and marketer of gold jewelry.
Gary M. Jacobs, CFO/COO
Mr. Jacobs joined KPC as CFO/COO in May 2005. Prior to joining KPC, he was President of The Innovative Companies, a global supplier, fabricator and installer of natural and man-made stone products. Previously, Mr. Jacobs was Executive Vice President-Operations and Finance, and Secretary and Treasurer of The Hain Celestial Group, Inc., a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of natural, specialty, organic and snack food products. Prior to joining Hain, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Graham Field Health Products, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of healthcare products. Mr. Jacobs spent the first 13 years of his career at Ernst & Young LLP and is a graduate of Adelphi University.
Howard Slochowsky, Senior Vice President Operations
Mr. Slochowsky is KPC’s Senior Vice President of Operations and prior to its sale, a co-founder and Vice President of Gold Force International, LTD. Prior to launching Gold Force, Mr. Slochowsky held a variety of positions at Goldheart International, including sales, shipping, and purchasing. Mr. Slochowsky is a graduate of Yeshiva University.
